Peter Smith ACII ACILA

Director – Client Services

A Chartered Loss Adjuster with 25 years’ experience in the insurance sector, Peter works with our clients to ensure that our joint objectives are achieved and has primary responsibility for the operational performance of the business with a focus on meeting our strategic objectives.

He also has overall responsibility for growing our proposition in support of our business plan.

Jeff Wynne

Director – Surveying Services

Jeff is a Chartered Building Surveyor with complementing qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He joined the insurance industry in 2003 and has since gained a wealth of experience over a wide range of perils, including subsidence claims management, expert witness, project management of large loss fires and floods, recovery defence and third party liability. Jeff takes primary responsibility for operational performance of the surveying function, managing our in house teams and external partners as well as maintaining an active role in particularly large and complex losses.

Chris Howell

Director – Contractor Services

Since joining the insurance industry in 1998 from the civil service, Chris has gained a wealth of experience, including subsidence claims management, project management, health and safety and contractor management. His primary area of responsibility is the operational performance of the contractor network and relationship management.

His other area of expertise is in the customer service field including dispute resolution and client relationship management.

Rose White

HR & Compliance Manager

Rose is passionate about our people, our most valuable assets. Her responsibilities include talent hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, engagement and compliance management. As part of the senior leadership team, she also adds significant value operationally.

As an experienced professional, Rose is a chartered member of the CIPD with an MA in Personnel & Development and BSc (hons) in Psychology. She is also a mental health first aider with an inclusive approach to diversity. She has previously held a number of senior positions, mostly within the private sector service industry including with Loss Adjusters, Direct Marketing and Gas Heating Engineers.

Beth Callander

Office Manager

Beth is known for driving the delivery of excellent customer service and undertakes the day to day management of the claims concierge and administration teams. She provides training and ongoing coaching to new recruits and team members along with being the ‘go to’ person for the management of the office facilities.

With a background in customer service management, training, compliance and client sales/relationships, Beth initially joined TBRN as a Claims Concierge before being promoted to Office Manager.
